A workspace is created the same day. Getting your own charge master, test catalogue and ward structure loaded usually takes a few days depending on how tidy your current data is. Migrating history from an old system takes longer and we scope that separately.

Medora runs in the browser and needs a connection. Hospitals in areas with unreliable connectivity normally run a small local failover line; we will talk through what that looks like on the demo rather than pretend the problem does not exist.
Printers and barcode scanners work out of the box. Analyser integrations depend on the machine and its interface — bring the model numbers to the demo and we will tell you honestly what connects and what needs manual entry.
